In January 2020, I followed a calling that God put into my heart - become my own boss. I had been in digital marketing for over 10 years working in various companies; some excellent, fulfilling roles with amazing mentors and others…well, not that excellent.

At the time I was working with large marketing budgets returning a lot of revenue. It was high pressure, high reward but I felt that something was missing. God was telling me - you aren’t cultivating relationships with your clients or your customers like you know you should. That’s what truly brings purpose to life and to a growing business.

 

An Opportunity for Growth through Fellowship

Coffee Hour Marketing was born out of a lot of prayer and a great memory. It is a nod to my roots in a small town, white steeple Congregational Church that “ate mightily” after service every Sunday. A time of fellowship and connection with a strong coffee and tiny brownies made by one of the hospitality committee members.

How can you connect that small town tradition with digital marketing?

A marketing strategy should be about cultivating relationships - your brand with your customers, and myself with you, as your consultant. Without relationships you are only yelling words at people as they pass by. It’s not effective. 

You need to KNOW your customers, CARE about your customers and MAKE THEIR LIVES BETTER.
